Volunteer

VOLUNTEER!
BECAUSE THERE IS NO BETTER EXERCISE FOR YOUR HEART, THAN REACHING DOWN TO LIFT SOMEONE UP!

Volunteers bring so much joy to our residents by reading aloud the newspaper, going for a walk or just being a good listener.  Many have special skills to offer, such as in music, computers, arts and crafts or fitness.  However, no special skills are required...just a willing heart and time to give!

At Carnegie East House, our residents are fascinating individuals with diverse professions, such as directors of documentary films, TV producers, lawyers and Chief Executive Officers.  They enjoy remaining active with a wide variety of programs,  such as Opera, Bridge, Tai Chi, Sing-a-longs, Trips, Yoga, a Quarterly Newsletter, and their own Musical Show...just to name a few.  Volunteers are essential to helping us maintain such a diverse and interesting program of activities at Carnegie East House.

THOSE WHO CAN...DO
THOSE WHO CAN DO MORE....VOLUNTEER!
